Bot statistics
Bot statistics allow you to check the bot’s performance over a specified time period. The reports available in this section cover:
- Daily number of users,
- Total number of users,
- User sessions,
- Messages,
- Statistical events,
- NLP,
- Voicebots (if available),
- Sources of new users,
- Outgoing links.
Each report can be downloaded as a .csv file.
Daily Number of Users
The daily number of users shows how many users entered the bot within a specified time period. The chart displays the number of users on a daily basis, while the numbers presented above the chart cover the entire specified period.
In this section, you will find information about the number of:
- Returning users – these are users who have already interacted with your bot before,
- New users – these are new users who have not used the bot before,
- Active users – these are users who have sent one or more messages (or clicked a button) in a conversation with the bot,
- Unique active users – these are users who have used the bot at least once within a specified time period.
Historical data is also available for returning, new, and active users, which refers to the same previous period corresponding to the selected one. In other words, if the data displayed is for the period 01.08-07.08.2024, the historical data will cover 25.07-31.07.2024.
Number of Users
The number of users shows how many users have used the bot from its launch date up to a specific date within the selected period. This number accumulates over time.
In this section, you will find information about the number of:
- All users who have entered the bot up to a specific day,
- All active users of the bot since its launch,
- All returning users of the bot since its launch.
To see user data broken down by platform and bot language, download the summary report.
Sessions
A session is a group of user interactions that occur in the bot within a specific time frame. A single session may include several messages or events, for example. The chart presents session data on a daily basis, while the numbers above the chart cover the entire specified period.
In this section, you will find information about:
- The number of sessions,
- The average session duration,
- The average number of interactions per session,
- The number of active sessions,
- The average duration of active sessions,
- The average number of interactions in an active session.
To see session data broken down by platform and bot language, download the summary report.
Messages
Message statistics show how many messages have been sent within the bot over a specified time period. The chart presents session data on a daily basis, while the numbers above the chart cover the entire specified period.
In this section, you will find information about:
- The total number of sent messages – this includes messages sent by the bot, the user, the agent, and messages sent from the “Delivery (chat)” module,
- The total number of messages sent by the bot in response to user interactions,
- The number of messages sent by users – this includes both button clicks and text messages as well as sent files,
- The number of messages sent by agents,
- The number of messages sent to agents by users,
- The number of messages sent from the “Delivery (chat)” module.

Statistical Events
Statistics on statistical events show how many times a given event has been recorded over a specified period. The chart presents event data on a daily basis, while the numbers above the chart cover the entire specified period.
To view statistics for a specific event, you must first select it from the field visible at the top of the section.
In this report, you will find information about:
- The total number of occurrences of a selected event in a given period,
- The average number of occurrences of a selected event per day,
- The maximum number of occurrences of a selected event per day in a given period.
To see data on the number of occurrences of a given event broken down by platform and bot language, download the list of events.
You can read more about statistical events here.
NLP
NLP shows how many sent messages in a given period had detected intents. The chart presents event data on a daily basis, while the numbers above the chart cover the entire specified period.
In this report, you will find information about:
- The number of sent messages in a given period,
- The number of messages for which intents were detected,
- The number of messages for which no intents were detected.
To get detailed information about the messages for which intents were or were not detected, download the intent report. You will find in it:
- The exact content of the messages,
- A distinction between messages for which an intent was detected (green color) and messages for which no intent was detected,
- The date and time the message was sent,
- The platform on which the message was sent,
- The language of the message,
- The name of the detected intent (if available),
- The user ID,
- The detected phrases for messages where an intent was detected,
- A link to the message in the inbox,
- A summary of detected intents within a given period (total detections).
Block Display
In the “Block Display” report, you can download two reports in .xls format.
In the block display report, you will find:
- The name of the group to which the block belongs,
- The block ID in the sequence,
- A link to the sequence (block in the structure),
- The name of the block,
- The block’s language,
- The platform on which the block could have been displayed,
- The number of users to whom the block was displayed,
- The number of times the block was sent (this can be greater than the number of users if the block was sent to the same user multiple times),
- Information on how many times a given block was the last block in a user’s session (how many times the user ended the conversation with the bot on this block).
You can also download a daily block display report, which provides the above information on a daily basis, i.e., how many times a given block was displayed on a specific day.
User Sources
User sources are the places from which users have arrived at your bot. The line chart presents event data on a daily basis, while the pie chart and numbers above the chart cover the entire specified period.
In this report, you will find information about:
- New users who arrived at your bot during a given period,
- The number of users who arrived at the bot directly,
- The number of users who arrived at the bot from Facebook ads,
- The number of users who arrived at the bot via the Messenger link,
- The number of users who arrived at the bot via a QR code,
- The number of users who arrived at the bot through the Facebook Customer Chat Plugin (no longer supported, as Facebook has discontinued this feature),
- The number of users who arrived at the bot through the “Auto-reply to comment” feature,
- The number of users who arrived at the bot via Messenger widgets, enabling access to a specific path via a “shortcut.”

Outgoing Links
Outgoing links is a report showing the number of clicks on links contained within the bot structure. In this report, you will find the total number of URL button clicks and the number of visits to individual links.
