Data processed by the web widget

Data collected by the chatbot implemented on the website includes:

  1. Before the chat begins, saved in the browser’s memory (local storage):
    1. Technical data of the Client’s browser and system:
      1. Language retrieved from the system,
      2. Operating system and its version,
      3. Browser and its version,
      4. Time zone,
      5. Type of device (desktop, tablet, mobile).
    2. The addresses of the pages the Client is on or has visited on the website where the widget is embedded.
    3. A list of detected automations. Automation is defined in the KODA panel and can be triggered when:
      1. The Client visits the page for the first time,
      2. The Client revisits the page, and their last visit was at least X hours ago,
      3. The Client clicks a specific element (CSS selector),
      4. An element (CSS selector) appears on the page, e.g., a payment error message,
      5. The Client moves the mouse outside the browser window,
      6. The website sends a statistical event to the KODA script, e.g., a product is added to the cart.
  2. After the chat begins, data is saved in KODA (Google Cloud Platform):
    1. The data mentioned in the previous point 1. a-c,
    2. Any data provided by the Client in the chat during the conversation with the chatbot (including excessive data provided by the Client) – applicable if the chatbot’s functionality includes the ability for users to type messages.

KODA does not use cookies.
